VERY IMPORTANT In order to accomplish Brazilian Government
requirements its necessary to: -
Declare FREIGHT VALUE on MAWB and HAWB is mandatory no matter
if prepaid or collect. Manifesting “freight as agreed” is
PROHIBITED by law. -
Avoid OVER TYPED documents. Over typed documents are NOT
accepted. -
Label
every volume shipped. Label MUST contain numbers of HAWB and MAWB. -
Original
Invoice duly signed in blue ink must come enclosed to the consolidation
pouch. Cargoes without Original Invoice are subject to heavy penalties as per Brazilian Customs legislation.

HAWB consigned to ORDER OF SHIPPER OR BANK must have end
importer as notify.

Procedures 1.
Rate
quotation Global Goods will appreciate receiving: -
Updated
air freight rates provided by major carriers serving Brazilian major airports:
MAO, VCP,GRU, GIG, CWB and POA. Other destinations will be requested
case-by-case. -
Complete
information about pre-carriage expenses. Non informed expense will not be
charged from consignee. -
Complete
information about service offered by carriers. 2.
Routing Order Global Goods will send you by fax (always) and email
appropriate Routing Order showing: -

number (Must be mentioned in every message exchanged) -

Detailed

Buying
rates as provided by you and selling rates as agreed with client 3.
Shipment Status/Follow up Global Goods will be waiting for updated information
to keep clients posted 4.
Booking Global Goods will be waiting for booking information to review and confirm Shipping Instructions 5.
Pre-Alerts Global Goods will be waiting for faxed or e-mailed
pre-alert enclosing: -
